La Redoute appoints Béatrice Héricourt as Chief Executive Officer
La Redoute announces the appointment of Béatrice Héricourt as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 22, 2025. In her new role, she will be responsible for supporting a new growth cycle for the company, in France and internationally, and strengthening its position as a major e-commerce player in the Home and Fashion sectors. She will report to Nicolas Houzé, Executive Chairman of the Galeries Lafayette Group, and will be based at the company's headquarters in Roubaix.
Béatrice Héricourt is a recognized professional in the omni-channel retail, ready-to-wear and household goods sectors, with over 25 years’ experience in steering the strategy, purchasing and transformation of major French players.
A graduate of Escem, she began her career in 1997 as an auditor with the Arthur Andersen group before joining the Pimkie brand, where she spent nine years in the Collections and Purchasing Department. She then became Supply and Purchasing Director for the Tape à l’Œil brand, based in the suburbs of Lille, where she spent three years before joining the Kiabi Group in 2011. She held a number of key positions before being appointed Managing Director in 2019, where she drove an ambitious development strategy combining the modernization of collections, the transition to a more responsible offer and a commitment to the customer experience. In 2023, she took over as CEO of Electro Dépôt, a position she held until January 2025, where she has driven sustained growth momentum and led key transformations in innovation, digitalization and international expansion.
