La Redoute launches its service subscription programme “La Redoute+” in Switzerland

La Redoute announces the launch of its service and offer subscription programme, La Redoute+, in Switzerland. As the first country to implement the programme after France, the launch of La Redoute+ in Switzerland marks a significant step in the company’s international growth strategy, with international markets now accounting for 40% of the group’s revenue. Other countries are also set to introduce the programme later in 2025.

A strategic response to Swiss consumer expectations 

The deployment of La Redoute+ in Switzerland, one of La Redoute’s priority markets for international development, reflects the group’s ambition to strengthen its presence there. This service subscription, already well-established in the French market, offers Swiss customers from mid-January: 

  • Free unlimited delivery on all products, including even the largest furniture items (sold and shipped by La Redoute),
  • Exclusive pricing advantages,
  • An optimised customer experience from purchase to delivery. 

Driving loyalty and growth 

With this new initiative, La Redoute aims to accelerate its growth in the Home-Decoration market and boost customer loyalty among the 500,000 customers it has already acquired in Switzerland. Results from France suggest strong potential, with subscribers to La Redoute+ accounting for 45% of total demand, shopping twice as frequently and spending three times more than non-subscribers.
