The First La Redoute Showroom Arrives in Milan

La Redoute, the historic French company and now one of the leading international e‑commerce players, is strengthening its presence in Italy with the opening of its first showroom in Milan. The multifunctional space, located in the Cadorna district at Via Leopardi 26, is dedicated to the collections of La Redoute defined by a versatile, pop identity and AMPM, essential and sophisticated.

Since the launch of its e‑commerce platform in 2016, La Redoute Italy has immediately proven to be a strategic market, with a public highly receptive to the brand’s furniture offering, known for combining democratic design and high-quality craftsmanship.

The Showroom

The showroom has been conceived as a dynamic, contemporary space that expresses the company’s vision through a selection of signature products. Designed to meet the needs of the B2B world and open to the public by appointment, it is configured as a hybrid, flexible environment where display areas and workspaces coexist.

 

 

On the ground floor, which opens onto an elegant garden showcasing the outdoor collection, the dual nature of product exhibition and work environment unfolds. On the second level, the project enhances existing architectural features, such as exposed brick walls and original vaulted ceilings, which help create a warm, intimate atmosphere.

 

 

Designed by Studio Nomade Architettura —an interdisciplinary practice working across architecture, interior design, and research—the architectural project shapes a visually warm and welcoming environment, closer to the atmosphere of a home than that of a traditional showroom. It is a space created to encourage encounters, explore products, and experience the collections in a spontaneous and informal way.

Carefully selected color accents recall La Redoute’s visual identity and embrace the distinct personalities of the two brands, La Redoute and AMPM, highlighting their specific features while also emphasizing their complementarity.

Here, visitors can discover a curated selection of signature products: best sellers and new arrivals coexist to show how La Redoute’s offering embraces the entire home from major furniture pieces to accessories, lighting, textiles, and tableware.

With this new Milanese space, La Redoute strengthens its presence in Italy, offering a place to explore the La Redoute and AMPM collections up close: two complementary design languages that interpret contemporary home design with different sensibilities.
